Through the website astsa.ch and the proposal simulator, we collect the following personal data: — First and last name — Email address — Phone number — Information about the property or service requested — Notes and free communications entered in forms Data is collected only when voluntarily provided by the user through contact forms or the interactive simulator.

The collected data is used for the following purposes: a) Managing quote and contact requests — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6 nFADP). b) Personalised commercial and promotional communications (newsletters, offers, ASTSA service updates) — legal basis: explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6 nFADP).
